Got an alert last night at around 10:15 for another magnetic storm, so headed out north to outrun some cloud cover that was making it`s way south. Once there, a gorgeous clear sky and a faint green hue as always indicates a light show ahead. I like keeping my aurora pictures underexposed, because it`s a more realistic view of what you see with the naked eye. I didn`t get my focus tuned correctly on the second set, but still managed to capture what I could in the what felt like -15 degree Celsius weather.
It`s humbling to watch every time.
